I got the maple and brown sugar kind. I made it like the directions said and it feels like I'm eating glue. This stuff is so damn sticky its rediculous! It feels like my entrie mouth is coated in a sticky layer of goop haha. But it tastes really good for a sometimes snack. I don't think I'd buy it again though.

You gotta use alittle more water than they call for.. The Breakfast Cocoa is waaaaayyyyy too chocolatey.. I eat like two at a time sometimes if my glucose seems abit low after I test it..;)

ive had it a few times. definitely gotta use more water than suggested. its a nice idea from cytosport.

I tried it once (cocao) and hated it. Like everyone else said the water recommendations are WAY off.

THat and it just didn't tastse like anything I'd want to put in my mouth.

i agree...IMO texture has a lot to do with why it tastes/feels so funky.

they do have some quasi delicious sounding flavors though...as usual for muscle milk.

regards,
COTC

got a ton of samples at the Olympia and I think the Maple Syrup is the best followed by chocolate and then vanilla. Just add more water and the stickiness goes away. If these weren't ungodly expensive I'd eat them over a protein bar anyday

I hear ya it almost choked me...i use quaker oats and add my own protein, tastes pretty good and a hell lot cheaper.

We had some about to go out of date at our store. I bought like 10. Use a little more water than it calls for, use the minimum amount of time in the micro, amnd make sure to stir it well before you micro.
Or just chunk it in a shake, It's tasty that way too.

The oats might not be that good, but their pudding is awesome.
