"Muscle Meals" the book

So I came across "Muscle Meals" by John Romano, and was considering buying it, and I was wondering if anyone has ever heard picked up and knows if its worth buying or not.

I took a look in it at the bookstore once, it seemed like a good book but I didnt buy it - there's plenty of free recipies online.

yeah I doubt it has anything that can top protein pancakes, but I ordered it off of amazon.com for 5 bucks anyways

Definitely worth it then, IIRC there were some tasty looking recipes in there.
