Hey guys haven't been on here in a while been studying for my personal training cert n still haven't figured out how to fix my own imbalances. My muscles all grow outa wack.
Let me first star of by saying my right shoulder hangs lower than right. I think this is caused as a result if one leg being longer. any ways my left pec is larger; left bi n tri larger; better rear delt devolpment on left side. My right lat is stronger than left. My neck I feel has to much of a forward angle. My right rear delt has a forward roll n limited mobility.
I'm right handed BTW.
So any thoughts would be great I may end up going to a chiropractors or physical therapist but I wanna just kno what's wrong n how to fix it??
