Multivitamin

It's a multi vitamin. If they have proper forms of the vitamins/minerals, then they will "work." Regardless, using a multi vitamin is like throwing spaghetti against the wall. Unless you've had blood tests to see what you're deficient in, you won't really know if a multi is doing a damn thing for you. Not to mention things like needing more than the dosed amount.

A good multi is part of the general foundation of health. Especially considering the ever increase in loss of nutrient levels in our foods .... soil nutrient depletion from over and improper farming techniques vs sustainable farming practices along with the GMO foods have left us with a food base that is devoid of the basic vitamins and nutrients compared to the same food just 75 yrs ago. That being said, a good, properly dosed multi is an important foundation staple that we all should be taking. As I am sure you will find, there are a lot of good ones out there that have the dosage levels right where they need to be for the bodybuilding lifestyle. IMO I like to go with one that has all the essential vitamins and minerals along with added items that are specific to the bodybuilding world ... such as joint health compounds, digestive health compounds, amino acids, etc.... There are several on the market that do this ... Controlled Labs Orange Triad and FINAFLEX Active Multi being two that I have used ..... currently using Active Multi and feeling good ;)

Currently use OT and don't plan on switching. However Arnold looks really good. Just don't know if the cost is worth it. Profile is in the link. Use OT or NOW Adam.

The Arnold is a nice profile. I would be interested in knowing how much is included in their joint complex.
