Any one use or hear any good working multivitamin packs I have not used any so if you have used some and seen results in overall health let me know.
And what should I be looking for in multivitamins just for overall health...
 
Overall health with decent price, orange triad is good. Has your multi with joint complex, plus comesvin a 45 day bottle.

USP labs is coming out with a new MultiV soon.

Generally, you want to avoid oxide form (I.e. Magnesium oxide) because it's the least bioavailable form of a vitamin
