Multi vits - compared

Everyone loves Orange triad... I've had bad responses to msm and glucosamine before re getting puffy ... Does anyone else get this from OT? I'm looking for anything that can help with my joint and cartilage health Bc my doctors simply can't figure out the causes of my chronic pain. Figured I'd get back to basics and try out a solid multi with joint support.. Just hesitant to buy a whole bottle and then get adverse effects.

I love Orange Triad but... Bout the past two weeks I've had a bum right knee all of a sudden. Upped the joint sups but no help so I feel ya bro
What's weird is that it doesn't hurt when the muscles are under stress but only when there is no stress at all on the knee.
Whatever, it's pissing me off so if you find a good joint supp holla.

I've read ubiquinol is helpful
