Multi vitamin

What’s the purest simplest ingredients for a multi vitamin. Prefer a powder or liquid form perhaps. I know a lot are garbage and make you feel worse.

For powder I’d say controlled labs orange triad + greens. Not sure I’d call it simple since it’s comprehensive multivitamin and greens, but it should be pure as controlled labs is a trustworthy company.

For the best multi vit+min, I'd suggest Orange Triad+Greens by Controlled Labs. It's even got joint and digestion aids too...It does however taste horrible, so add it to something else to make it drinkable

Not a powder, but NOW Adam Superior is solid af for the price.

The extras in OT are good, but I don’t need them given everything else I take. Adam is more economical for me. Plus it’s one pill.

Also, morphogen nutrigen (sold out currently) looks good, but haven’t tried it personally.

You can find OT + greens for around $10-15 less, but both are comprehensive.

I agree with the above. Powder is going to limit your options. I'd recommend capsule form and going with orange triad or an equivalent.

Orange Triad is the one. All around the best on the market for price and effectiveness.

Sometimes the price scares people off but you get two months, cheaper multis are like $14.99 for 1 month and OT is $32 for 2 months, worth it.

This is $60 for 30 servings (3 scoops per serving), but I would honestly only use 1-2 scoops probably.
