What is expected from the log:

You MUST update at least 3x a week and the feedback MUST be helpful. If you cannot update at least three times a week, you are not eligible to apply. A common misunderstanding with sponsored logs is that the product provided was free and that the log is our prize. 1. I believe I should log because I am extremely sensitive to changes in my physiology. I have thorough experience with many different herbs and supplements. I grew up heavily medicated as a child for both adhd and bipolar with extreme insomnia and through supplementation I have managed to cope and cut down to one pharmaceutical.

3. Male.
4. 4-6 days a week depending on my programming.
5. My diet changes based on my goals. But it’s typically clean 5-6 days a week with a binge day before a big lift day.
6. I want to get my pro card and manage to balance my life enough to have stability in my home.
7. Absolutely. I am very in tune with my body.
8. Yes I will absolutely leave a final review.

Talk about helping cover all the bases! This could be quite the experience for someone from the logs Ive seen thus far.

Great opportunity . These two are by far very,very high quality vitamins and minerals, the best in my standards. MVP-365 has four capsules or organic looking blended powder. ZMK has four capsules of white powder. Im not saying a single multivitamin doesnt work; however, these are superior, and you are making sure youre getting fully insuranced here. Dont be surprised if you feel better because you are low in certain vitamins and minerals when you take this stack.

-I’ve given honest unbiased reviews in the past and will so the same for these two products. If I am picked I will maintain my training routine and diet consistent to really gauge how this affects me. I believe these can perhaps help me determine if I am deficient in anything that the product provides. Supplements only taking are multis, fish oil, and ergonine.

-i aim for 40/30/30 (p/c/f) and at around 2200 cals and maintaining weight and strength.
6. What are your fitness and/or spiritual goals?
-fitness goals are to add muscle mass
7. Will your log provide good content to the observer? We want to know how this stack is changing your life. What improvements have you made? How do you feel? These are questions an observer asks.
-i will provide as much good content as I can and help answer anything the sponsors may want to see in feedback. I will also keep these questions on my thread to answer these on a weekly basis (weekly updates) but log the 3 day per week or more.

I have been lifting 20 years and I am a QA manager so I know how to test products and write logs.

2. How old are you? 33

3. Are you male or female? Male

4. What is your workout routine? And how often do you train?
5 days a week 1.5 to 2 hours a day

5. What is your diet like? Clean high protein macros in check .

6. What are your fitness and/or spiritual goals?
Recomp lose 3 percent fat and gain lean mass

7. Will your log provide good content to the observer? We want to know how this stack is changing your life. What improvements have you made? How do you feel? These are questions an observer asks.
Subjective but I am open to questions

8. Once your log is complete, will leave a final review?
Of course I currently take animal pak and will have a good comparison of the two.

->I love to experiment with various supplements and observing what it does to my body and informing the fitness community about it by writing logs and youtube video.
2. How old are you?
-> 22
3. Are you male or female?
-> Male
4. What is your workout routine? And how often do you train?
-> DUP with a dedicated arm day, 5 times a week
5. What is your diet like?
-> currently in maintenance calories and sometimes in slight surplus, with moderate amount of carbs and protien
6. What are your fitness and/or spiritual goals?
->To that fit guy for my entire life.
7. Will your log provide good content to the observer? We want to know how this stack is changing your life. What improvements have you made? How do you feel? These are questions an observer asks.
-> of course i love the whole process of making logs, it will be detailed.
8. Once your log is complete, will leave a final review?
-> with all those days of log, it will be easy to put out a review, so definitely there will be review
