MSten Shelf life.

I am about to start a cycle of some old Msten. Looks like it either expired in 2014/2015. It was never opened. kept in closed box in my kitchen. I understand it could/probably lost some potency, but does anyone know if it could have broken down into something harmful?
 
Cool dry place? Are the caps stuck together? As long as there not exposed to heat and the caps seem normal there ok, I can't vouch for potency but I would start with 2 weeks at 20mg and go from there
