Hey guys, logging my 8-week cycle of Anabolic Technologies Xtreme Mass (Methylstenbolone) and Hard Rock P-Mag 25 (Promagnon). Before and after pics will be posted.
Starting weight – 178 lbs
Diet:
Protein: 250g
Carbs: 300g
Fat: 70g
Breakfast will usually consist of 6 egg whites with 1 yolk and rest of meals will usually be jasmine white rice and chicken breasts cooked in olive oil. Hot sauce on everything.
- AM shake: 2 cups milk, 2 scoops vanilla protein, 1/3 cup frozen raspberries, 1/3 cup blackberries, 1/3 cup strawberries, 1 scoop Muscle Fiber
- PM shake: 2 cups milk, 2 scoops chocolate protein
