Doubt it I believe kidney stones take longer to develop than 3 weeks. However any oral can be hard on kidneys and liver and that extra stress could of exasperated his symptoms
Yea that would be my guess. Also kidney stones seem to be in the family to. If you're parents or relatives had them you're probably going to have them.
