Morning weight today was 190.6. Mondays I always seem to be heavier Tho. Strength and everything still going up. Have a few pimples on chest but that's about the only side still 30mg ED. Last day of cycle will be Friday which will be 38 days
 
Today is last day of cycle. Starting weight was 165, this A.M I was 190.3. Slight increase in body fat but not alot. Side almost non existent headache here and there and some acne on chest. Calories started at about 3300 and I'm now at 3600. I have a question about pct. So I'll start my pct tomorrow with clomid 50mg, but should I keep calories the same or increase them 150-200 calories? This will be my first legit pct and wanting to keep as much as possible

Today is day 8 in PCT
Weight still hovering 190-191 and strength is all there still if not increasing. Pct has been clomid, rehab and 10mg mk677 before bed.
 
I believe today is day 26 in pct.
Have lost some weight but not much. Weighing about 189 in the A.M so still 22lbs heavier then pre cycle. Overall I don't feel as "full" but haven't noticed size loss. Maintaining strength or progressing Lin lifts.

One question I do have tho I was going to start exemestane 12.5mg EOD or like mon wed fri, the last week of pct and them continue past. I have no estrogen sides that I have noticed as of yet should I still do the exemestane for some security? is there more negative to doing it then not doing it? thanks for any feedback!
 
If you feel good, there's probably no need to use Exemestane at all. BTW, congrats on your progress, really impressive!

Thanks! was my first methylated cycle amd it treated me well for sure. have enough msten to do another so probably will in a few months.
 
Sounds good. Just make sure you take some time off; heal the liver and get the hormones in order, no rush. The gains won't leave you if you eat and train right. :)

Finished pct 2 days ago.
Starting weight I believe was 165-166 stats are on page 1. Heaviest I got up to was about 191-192 but feeling someone bloated at that weight I have now finished pct with weight around 187-188 and have been progressing on lifts.

22 lbs after PCT? That is outstanding. Hopefully your gains were somewhat lean;).

Yea I can't believe the amount of size I put on. Gains were definitely lean. Of coarse i put on some body fat but I'm still around like 13% or so and I probably started at about 11%. Have enough for another cycle but think I'm gonna use the OL ostarine first and see how it treats me. After some off time of coarse
 
Did some blood work to make sure pct worked. Total test is 681 but my FSH and LH are through the roof. Is that normal for clomid? Estrogen still in range but on the high side. This good or bad any info would be great. This is 1 week post pct

What's the reference range on the LH/FSH? Ideally you want them to be near the high end. Did you run an AI during PCT? If not, I would expect the estradiol to be higher than norm. When I use Clomid my test is usually very near the top end but your test may have tested differently. Where did your total test fall within the provided reference range?

348-1197 for testosterone range -681
1.7-8.6 for LH - 44.3
1.5-12.4 for FSH - 36.5
7.6-42.6 for estradiol - 35.6

Did not use and ai. I have exemestane but never felt any estrogen sides so didn't use it

The LH and FSH are abnormally high compared to what mine are after PCT but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. High LH and FSH can be indicators of certain health conditions but testing right after Clomid won't be an accurate picture. Google high LH/FSH conditions. If you normally have this high of LH/FSH it would be a serious concern but likely it is elevated from the SERM. See an endo if you are concerned or retest in 4-6 weeks.

Yea I think I just tested way to soon. I did labs before cycle and LH/FSH were both in range.

Dayyummmmm! Where did you get your clomid if you don't mind me asking?! Must be legit stuff you get your Test and FSH/LH pretty high

I'm on my 8th day of this and I'm up 5lbs. My strength has been steadily increasing as well. The bottle comes with 2 cycles worth. I would get it before they run out or get banned.
