Easily the slowest by like 9 minutes, and I was modified.
Absolutely obliterated my bad knee.
Aside from the knee, the lunges were misery because my lack of flexibility has the bar resting on my clavicles instead of delts. That just feels awesome. Ugh.
I like the 5 caps better than 4... felt like I recovered better between sets.
Bonus: Cutest girl (there's sadly not many, but we're looking at a solid 9 here) in the place made point of making small talk with me the whole night. Worse things have happened.

Jeez that workout looks brutal. Good to hear you're noticing the difference with the caps again.
Maybe that girl can help take care of that knee. Might need to invite her over for a mobility session.

Heheh, who knows. I've got two sessions left on my punch card, so I'll probably buy another.
For the first few rounds, I was able to string together the toes to bar, which is a big improvement, since I usually rep out singles due to immediate fatigue.

Toes to bar is good stuff for hips and low abs.
I don't know what THR is and google's not helping haha.

Oh! I'd say the THR's would be more overall core... lot more upper abs and low back action. Honestly, I think I might try obliterating myself by combining the two sometime. You know, like chicks or Voltron - the more you can hook up, the better it gets.

Dropped 5 caps before a girl came for a visit, definitely less out of breath than usual, higher stamina. I feel like maybe there's some marketing potential for you guys there.

I was murdered by rowing last time and it definitely sucked, but not so bad... 1000m in something like 4:30 and finished ahead of 4 other people.
The lunges hurt my knee lots.
With the GI Janes, I kept on getting spikes of energy to string 3-5 together, so that was kind of neat.

Good stuff man. Nice to see you pulling ahead of the others now! Would you say that 5 caps is your sweet spot?

As a side note, I've been using 6 caps for extended cardio periods.

5 caps is definitely better than 4. I'll be trying 6 again later this week again to see if I get any problems.

I have to wonder if maybe we like such a high dose because of our bodyweight? Surely, this is more the marathon runner's sort of supplement, who I'd expect to be more like 170lbs tops.

It could be, I was wondering the same myself. The cardio that I do is also very intense and long so I figured that into it as well, for myself. The perfect cardio cocktail for me has been MST Cordygen Ultra, RPG + Athlytes, although the Cordygen does contain Athlytes, I tend to take extra since I'm doing my cardio in a 100 degree room and I sweat excessively, plus I eat low carb for the most part (which makes it easier to become dehydrated).

How low are your carbs usually? Just curious. (Want to know how insane you are :D)

When I'm cutting/recomping? Well I usually start out with next to no carbs, even around workouts, for the first two weeks, then as I ramp up my training (I periodize everything), I start to add carbs before/after I train but also add weekly refeeds. At that point, I'm usually doing 100-120grams a day. It's pretty crazy. I used to cut with minimal carbs (less than 30g per day) all week and then a 2 day refeed on the weekend, but I wasn't training as hard back then.

On a maintenance diet though, I eat around 4-500g a day.

Very nice. I usually stick in between 200-300g a day. Anything more, I'll feel bloated and anything less, I feel dead (though I'm sure that's a result of not being use to low carb intake).

I don't even remember what a maintenance diet feels like... been eating for composition goals for over a year now.

I'm usually carb-free, with two days a week being PSMF, and a 1-3 hour carb-up once a week. Lately, I've been eating more breads, though, just because this stuff is smoking me so hard. For example, there's a good chance I'll enjoy 32" of cheesesteak after tonight's WoD.

I hear you man. Some days when I do doubles, I have to eat at least a bowl of rice on top of my usual liquid carbs that I have pre/post workout. To me it feels like cheating lol.. I usually use those days to order myself some chinese food. That's just when I'm cutting though. I wish I could stick to composition goals for over a year. Good stuff man. I jumped back into a carb cycling diet myself today, going to keep that up most of this year and recomp after a 2 month strict cut. We'll see how long I can keep it up for. If I can until the new year, I'll be happy, then I'll just lean bulk after that and switch back and forth between recomp/lean bulk.

This is my last class on the punch card. Guess I'll drop the review.

And since I'm hitting the beach this Friday, it's PSMF from here on out.

One last thing I forgot to post: Since these crossfitters were in my wheelhouse with the close grip benching, I got to school them with a 1rm 70lbs heavier than the next strongest guy. Gotta be better at something, right?

One of their competitors had quads like that German cyclist. Guy is somehow squatting every time I showed up. Definitely jelly. They have a couple other fairly strong-ish guys judging from some of the posted whiteboards, but I got called the Hulk at least 3 times in my 11 sessions there haha.

Being called the Hulk is definitely better than being called 'Kelso' lol.... that was my old nickname from some heads at the crossfit I lifted at. They weren't into training for aethetics and I might've been a bit wet behind the ears back then about powerlifting lol
