First scoop went down this morning. I decided to try the Kona Kolada first. First impression is that this stuff has a light taste. I used 8 oz of water so I'll back it down tomorrow and use less water. I like the flavor to be a bit more in your face.

Chest:
3 board press
205x8
225x6 3 sets
225x5 ds 185x5 ds 155x5

4 sets of:
Front db raises 17.5x12
Side db raises 15x12
Tricep extensions x15
Hammer low row x7

Amrap 70 lb db flat bench: 10 reps

That last set on bench was a killer.

Nothing to note yet on the effects.

Ate the scoop of Kolada this morning instead of mixing it with water.

Leg Day - Easy session today
Box squats:
8 reps x bar, 95, 135, 185, 205, 225
5 reps x 245, 265

Standing calf raises: 185x15-20 for 5 sets
Single leg extensions x 10 3 sets
Drop set 15, 10, 10

Ab work. Done.

Need to do a role call but got to get on a computer. Out of the office so I'm on my phone until I get back.

Need some more people on my log. :)

Wide open day at work today after being out for 5 days straight.

Back & Bi's this morning. Nothing crazy, just a good session. Finished it off with 5 intervals, 1 min/1 min at 3/7 mph at 3%.

Pump was good today. I'm not using any other NO/pump supp right now so I attribute it to the Cordygen.

Db press: 55x10, 60x9, 65x7, 70x5(PR for reps)
Front raises/close grip light bench
Cable side raises/tri extension
Bent over cable side raises/tri extension
Face pulls/deficit push ups

Good workout. Good pump again today. Upper chest/shoulders def looked fuller to me.

Thanks jw n Kat. Not as strong as I'd like though. Was hoping I'd be pushing 400 on deads but 355 was slow. Probably could've mustered 10-20 pounds more but no where near 400.
 
We've kicked off one new project plus have 3-5 on my mind on any given day right now, so caught up? Not gonna happen...

Light upper body day today

Pre workout concoction today: 1 scoop alphamine, 1 scoop IF Conquer, 1 scoop Cordygen-berry Pom flavor. Heck of a combo if I do say so myself. Crazy energy and pumps!

Did all kinds of light lifting. Incline bench, lat pulls, tri extensions, db bench, front raises, reverse peck deck, cable rows, probably a couple I'm missing.

Finished off with 3 rounds
10-70lb kb swings/15-30lb reverse curls/12 decline sit ups-only shoulder blades touch at bottom.

Should be able to squat heavy tomorrow :)

315x1-matches my personal best right now. It was pretty easy considering all of the squats I did leading up to it.

Leg press/calf raises
Leg curls/leg raises (abs)

Still feeling good so I threw in 5 good sprints for good measure. I could've kept going and going today. Not really tired even after heavy squats.

Shoulders today. Let me say that I think I got the best pump I've ever had today. I could visibly see the skin at the top of my bicep stretching. Veins in shoulders were popping too.

Pre today: 1 scoop alphamine, 1 scoop Kolada Cordygen, 2 scoops amino energy

Workout went:
Db shoulder press
45's x 15, 15
55's x 12,12
65's x 7
70's x 3

Light decline bench 3x10/ upright rows 70x3x12
Plate front raises 3x10/ seated side raises 15x3x10
The finishing sets and major pump enducer:
Bent over rev cable flyes/rope tri ext/low cable curls
Rev peck deck/tri ext/face pulls

I've got and have used Hemavol which people rave about for pumps and this stuff is better right now.

Lunchtime yoga today also to work on flexibility and core strength.

After a heavy day and today, I'm going to feel it!

Tried out the ZMK and the pre-bed powder (can't think of the name right now) last night. About 30 minutes after dosing, got this light cooling sensation over my body and a slight beta alanine like tingle in my face. I could tell it helped put me out. Slept solid and woke up refreshed.

So far, so good with the MST products.
 
Keeping on seeing the same things. Endurance is good, pumps are great, vascularity is increased.
 
Just so you guys know I'm out of town this week with no supps other than protein powder.

I'm going to continue using your products but do you want me write a review now or wait until later?
 
Sub'd... I'm having fun with Cordygen now as well. I need to try it out on leg day still. You're using Somnidren GH Ultra as well, pre-bed with ZMK?

Yes, it's somnidren. I'm vacaying this week but gotta get back at it next week!

I've used the Cordygen everyday with every workout. Been mixing with something else pre.

High rep bench Monday
High rep squat Tuesday
Back & Bis Wednesday
High rep shoulders today

I didn't want to come back an try to kill myself going heavy. I'm still pretty sore from all of the reps though.

The Cordygen is still doing it's thing. Pumps are what I've noticed most.

I'll be wrapping this up with a final review probably the end of this week/first of next.

Smart not to go crazy heavy after being off a while. High reps are killer too!! Love the picture! That's breathtaking!!

I definitely haven't forgotten about you guys. I'm still planning a final review-just been super busy with work lately. I haven't gotten on any logs lately :(

How'd the other logs going? What is the feedback?

Still going to be using Cordygen a couple days a week.
 
Final review

I've really enjoyed using Cordygen NaNO2. Thanks again MST and Mysteek for choosing me.

Pumps: 10/10. I get some awesome pumps using this stuff. I would put it up against Hemavol.

Endurance: (not going to score as it would be unfair) I'm not really an endurance guy, but I did notice a few times that even after a hard workout I still wanted to go run some sprints or something similar.

Taste: 7/10. I've used the Kona Kolada and the Berry Pom flavors. The flavor is pretty light which some people like-I prefer a POW type flavor. It did end up mixing well with some other stuff. It's also not bad to simply eat the scoop of powder directly.

Mixability: 10/10. No problems here.

Bottom line: I would recommend giving this a try.
