Hey guys, today I'm starting a new supplement from the popular Canadian company *******. It's called Mpower and it is supposed to increase your energy and burn fat. It is FDA approved and so forth. Additionally, the box itself claims that it can burn, 10.4 % body fat. Whether that will hold true I suppose we will find out. So here we go!

Day 1.
Weight: 187
Today was my first day, the dosage recommends one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon for the first two weeks. Then after that two in the morning and two at night. I was weary about taking it in the first place because I tend to be quite sensitive to caffeine and get quite jittery and a increased heart rate. However much to my suprise I have none of these symptoms! I feel completely fine except more alert and almost warm and cozy inside , which must be the thermogenesis side. About a year ago I broke my humorous (arm) and during my downtime I added a little bit over fat that I have been waiting to get off. So I am currently at 187 and I am hoping to get down to around 170-175 of lean muscle. Unfortunately I don't know my body fat at this time, but I will eventually get it checked. Additionally with Mpower I am weightlifting, and doing cardio. And I have implemented a diet. I will An currently at work, but plan to take my second pill today 30-60 minutes before my workout. I will fill you guys in more about this tommorow when I post! Wish me luck!
