I have never seen any avengers movies before so I would probably be cluelessMovie was great. Recommend watching it. If you put aside the fact that the whole storyline is not true to the comics but still very good.

Not sure if I mentioned but I tried this more than a handful of times as 1 scoop morning coffee replacement on off days.
It is my conclusion that the BA tingles in it did not make it worth it. The caffeine and focus is great, but for some reason i always felt the BA spikes here and there even at 1 scoop.
There is an ingredient coming out in the future called "Carnoprime" which will negate the BA tingles, something you may enjoy if you find benefits from the BA for performance & power.. personally i don't feel BA over time being saturated
ExactlyThat sounds great. In the past i have not felt it so much but over the past year or so I reduced my preworkout consumption A LOT, so i think it is just taking me a while to get used to it.
Potassium from a banana can have an impact on pumps Another reason why a lot of people use potatoes as a pre-workout source. a proper potassium and sodium ratio helps enhance pumps.
