Well here are 11 week progress comparison. Not too impressive. Strength definitely went up.. i feel that at times I look more muscular than the pictures show but oh well lol . This week is PR time so let's see how good I do.

As you can see from my log, no more x-gels :(. This will be my last day of Alphamax as well. Today started off bad, but in hindsight it worked out. I get to the gym and two people that I have not seen in weeks at the gym show up and are taking up the squat racks. I decided to warm up lightly on the hack squat machine until they got done. Took them a while ~20 min. I tried to stay patient. Finally I got on to squatting. I was following my warm up protocol, but my lower back was killing me. I had to warm it up more and actually load the bar at 225 lbs and do a few working sets. This finally got my body fully warmed up. I was surprised at my new PR. If you look back at my first page I started at 265 lbs and struggling. Today +35 lbs increase and it felt great. I may have been able to push more, but I did not want to risk it.

PS, I left a few scoops of my bloodshot, specifically for this final week ;)

Happy to say I met my goal! 225 lbs Bench PR. +20 lbs increase from start. I felt great doing it too. I was running out of time and I felt froggy so I put 240 lbs and got a spot. He helped me out barely at one rep and definitively helped a bit more on rep 2. I wanted to do this to get a feel for heavier weight. I will not count these at all though. so 225 lbs in the books without a spot I am pretty happy with ;)
I ran out of time maxing out and I was on a time crunch to get out, so I was unable to complete all of the exercises in the routine.. I did what I can. I needed to be at work early so I can get out early for a tattoo appointment. For this reason as well I will take tomorrow off to let it heal a bit longer. PR for Deads scheduled for Thursday and Saturday I will superset push and pull hyper. I also lowered by carbs & cals for this week. I feel that last weeks pics I may be retaining water and a bit extra. Hopefully, this weeks diet tones me out more for true 12 week progress. We shall see. If anything I am just happy with the solid strength increase.

Great work dude! It feels so good once you get those 2 plates on each side and start repping them! I am looking forward to 3 plates on squat soon enough!

Seriously! Haha dude I could taste the 3 plate squat yesterday.. but i didn't want to push myself and risk an injury. I like how i have been slowly making progress and feel confidence about nailing the lift. Soon!
 
awesome PR!

be careful lowering cals this week as that will certainly impact your pr attempts. I dont recommend it at all for this week especially.

Failed PR attempts. My lower back was killing me today. I might have irritated it from squats on Monday. Luckily it doesn't hurt working for sets, but once I started loading it up I couldn't pull. 315 lbs and I could barely lift it. 345 lbs PR in Week 10 was my best. I am going to let it recover and take a break from ROWS (that's what initially hurt me a few weeks back) and stick to incline bench supported work.

Strength Summary:
28 lbs average increase on my major lifts over a 12 week routine with x-gels + alphamax stack. Overall stamina increased as well in that I can perform working sets at a higher percentage of max lifts. Previously I would gas out quickly and drop weight almost all the time.

Squat
Start: 265 lbs x 1 Week 12: +35 lbs gain (300 lbs x 1)

Bench
Start: 205 lbs x 1 Week 12: +20 lbs gain (225 lbs x 1)

Deadlift
Start: 315 lbs x 2 Week 10: +30 lbs gain (345 lbs x 1)

Yes.. I did not take any stims today. haha. I am logging HyperMax from a promo and it didn't hit me hard at all. So i decided to take a break from stims and let my body recover from the PR attempts. Took a salt bath last night and got full 8 hrs sleep. It was hard working out without a PWO, but it can be done! Candy bar and a pre-workout shake + METAL + just grind it out! My legs feel like they have been stabbed. I can see the finish line. Tomorrow I'll superset push and pull days.
