Mountainman Drops Some Acids (BCAAs) and Gets Stimul8ed

Chest (with some delts)

After doing some reading and and seeing some videos by Christian Tibedeau, I decided I'm going to give his shoulder and chest ideas a shot.

DB Seated Shoulder Press / Flat Bench DB Flys
45s x 10 / 20s x 12
55s x 8 / 25s x 10
60s x 6 / 25s x 10
50s x 8 / 20s x 12

Haven't done any true DB shoulder in a very long time. My elbow had prohibited me for a while, but since I've laid off the pull ups (which I think I've pinpointed as the cause of the pain) it's gotten much better, almost at 100% again.

Incline DB Press / DB Laterals
60 Degrees - 55s x 10 / 15s x 15
45 Degrees - 60s x 10 / 15s x 12
33 Degrees - 65s x 10 / Delts exhausted, no raises
15 Degrees - 70s x 9

BW Dips / Captain's Chair Leg Raises
10 / 10
10 / 10
10 / 10
10 / 10

Focused on really leaning forward at the start of the dips, and as my front delts got tired I slowly worked to eventually upright dips.

Incline Underhand DB Flys / Incline Hex Press / Side Bridges / Bicycle Crunches

Didn't feel like I got in a real hard chest workout when I was done. I still had plenty of fuel left in the tank, but I started late and was running even more late by the time I finished. Oh well, next time I'll make sure I beat the crap out of my chest.

No workout tomorrow, final hearing with my soon to be ex wife. Cannot WAIT for this crap to be over.
 
Just so you Finaflex guys are aware, you have me addicted to BCAA/SAAs. Today was my first day working out without them and I was jonesing bad! Luckily I have more coming from Strong Supps, but you should know you're all a bunch of pushers and enablers, and I'm probably going need group therapy and support to help me with my addiction. THANKS A LOT!!

Just realized I forgot to give my final review on BCAA/SAAs

On a scale of 1-5 where 1 is strongly disagree and 5 is strongly agree, and any additional comments or thoughts on the products.

1) This product enhanced my recovery
5/5 Absolutely. Soreness was almost non existant, and using my upper/lower split I never had to back off on any days due to not being fully recovered. I was able to push full bore everyday.

2) This product helped me power through my training sessions.
5/5 No question. And strength never dropped, even as I came off cycle.

3) This product kept me hydrated...
5/5 Yup. 2 scoops with 24 -30 ozs. of water, and even when I was sweating bullets I was never dehydrated at any point.

4) This product tasted great.
5/5 Phenomal. Blue Razz is awesome. I would drink just as a drink, not even for it's recovery benefits. Loved the flavor. The Fruit Punch is really goos well. Not too sweet.

5) Would I recommend it to friends and family?
5/5 Anyone who workouts out, BBing, power lifting, cardio, weight loss, rec training, would benefit from this.

On a side note, having used it straight for almost 2 months, and not having it today, I could absolutely notice a differnce in my workout. I'll keep this on hand from now on. Nicely done Finaflex.
 
Well, can't argue with all 5's!! It is one of the best BCAA's on the market.... My biggest problem is I AM addicted to it lol!

Awesome log and review for sure. I'm thinking about double dosing my BCAA+SAA to quicken my recovery a little.
