i tried making a thread like this before, so hopefully this one turns out a little better. ima addicited to reading quotes and personal stories are great

Motivational quotes/stories about what? Working out or life itself? I know the two can overlap quite extensively, but some can be a little exclusive to life (though the Will described in such passages may apply to the same Will one has towards that aspect of self-development and self-surpassing in the gym).

The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.
