Most likely cause if acne?

I am planning a future cycle and want to avoid acne at all costs. Ive done 2 cycles in the past, they looked like this:

Sustanon 500 mg a week
On a scale from 1-10 this cycle gave me a 2 for acne.



Enanthate 500 mg a week
Deca 400 mg a week
On a scale of 1-10 this cycle gave me a severe 10 for acne.

Judging on these cycles acne is coming from test or deca. Any idea what would more commonly bring acne on?
 
either can easily bring it on, not much you can do besides bathing more often and using acne control products.

Mainly high Androgens and DHT. -> if you are prone bring Acne, oily skin, hair lose and prostate enlarge , high libido ect.

Use 4-5 gr of pantothenic acid every day.

I use Now Foods, Pantothenic Acid, 500 mg, 250 Capsules

A use of antiDHT could some kind of solution, but you must be careful because if you inhibit DHT too much with Avodart/ Finasteride this could lower you libido as well and higher your estrogens and brings some gyno. So must use an AI as well with antiDHT. However, sides are still possible and you must be careful with the dosage of both them .

Use AAS with high Anabolic ratio and low andro if you are prone to acne.

Or you could use Accutane for protection, but you must start the Accutane one month before the cycle. Accutane is for medical use and it has sides ( I don’t like) and I wouldn’t recommend it during cycle but some people use it.
 
Its the sweat. When you sweat and open up your pores it gets dirt and bacteria in them. My simple fix was just washing my face after i sweat. Use a towel and dab NOT smear your face while working out. That should help.
 
I never get facial acne. It's always complete t-shirt area.. I shower twice daily and was on 3grams of B5 at the time.... It got really bad during clomid/tamoxifen PCT. I ended up at the derm for anti-biotics...I was also having a stressful time with my girlfriend and X girlfriend during PCT which did put me under incredible stress.

My guess was the deca was the main culprit....I was getting some with the sustanon and more on cycle #2.
 
phara grade vit-a? i am blanking on the name of offical name of it?? Acutaine? granted that will dry the hell out you.. SO a good face scrub (i love the neutrogena ) and moisturizer (Aveno's All natural one is great - its $14 but worth every penny imo)

What are some of your reactions? Would a test like Enanthate causing more acne on than the Deca? I am ready to place an order for a new cycle, I'm just trying to figure this out....my first cycle of sustanon 500 mg a week gave me mild acne and my second cycle of Enanthate/Deca 500/400 gave me extreme acne. What could of been the true culprit?
 
Also, remembering back... The acne didn't get bad until I put clomid in the mix....for PCT

Another bit of info is I just finished an EPI/rs-trans cycle and used N2guard throughout , PCT was DAA/erase/tamoxifen and never got 1 spot. Pretty surprised as I thought I was prone to acne.

Is any of this information relevant to anyone on avoiding acne and what was the cause in my case for it to get so extreme ?

I'm debating to use 500 mg Enanthate for 10 weeks with D-Bol kickstart and a-dex.
However, I've been thinking about cutting dosage to 375mg a week to be on safe side.

NEEDTO has a product you might try, i haven't used it but was always wondering if it was any good.
