I've tried Purerawz, Primeval Labs (when they made them), nootropicsource... Just not sure if what I've taken is legit or not. I'm just looking for legit pill form sources. Thank you. PM is you'd like or just respond here for your favorite source.

I was honestly planning on ordering Purerawz again, but I guess I can't "feel" the effects, so I just think they are not good. However, after AAS I guess nothing "feels" as good lol.
 
I loved it. I was taking it right before bed. This time, I'm trying their MK-677 liquid from MARESEARCHCHEMS

Yep started by taking in the AM big ****ing mistake!! Even when I started taking before bed 12.5 mgs first few times it bothered my sleep but after about a week everything was all good.
 
Mk 677 is a product that should be run for a pretty long time (6+ months) to really see the benefit.

This was my understanding but then I’ve seen negative impact on insulin sensitivity which occurs after longer durations....I’ve just stopped running it after over a year on.

This is because Gh essentially counteracts (to a degree) insulin’s effect on blood glucose. And obviously while taking 677 your gh will be substantially elevated, resulting in an increase in bgl. This can be avoided for the most part with a low carb diet, incorporating more low gi foods into your diet, or you just take Berberine.

Personally I like to attack it from all angles, when cycling Mk 677 I tend to only eat high gi carbs immediately after my workout, I up healthy fats and lower carbs, and take berberine.

Other things that have been proven to increase insulin sensitivity are fish oil, cinnamon, chromium. Just to name a few. IME adjusting my diet slightly, adding berberine, and I also add cinnamon to my shakes, these have been more than enough to combat the insulin resistance brought about from mk use.

I know a lot of people like to use the 5on 2 off method for mk for this reason and it alleviates the wallet a little. Also if you find yourself still stuck, a good two weeks of Keto will most certainly reset your insulin resistance, assuming of course you have no pre existing issue, ie diabetes.
