Most interesting PH's/DS for beginner/intermediate cycle

After doing some research i found that the following compounds (regardless of availabilty/legal status) seems to have the best ratio of gains to sides:


-The One
-P-Mag
-Mechabol
-Protodrol
-1-AD (old)
-4-AD (old)
-M4OHN
-11-KT spray
-Stanodrol/Androhard
-P-Stanz or Furuzadrol
-Delta-2

and from the "harsher" compounds:

-Dimethazine

The following compounds seems to have the worst ratio of gains to sides:

-Trenazone
-Trenavar
-Methyltestosterone
-M 1 T
-Superdrol
-Max-LMG

with Trenazone and Methyltestosteron on the top of that list

Any comments on this? Main aspects concerning sides were:

-Kind of suppression (OTC PCT sufficient?)
-Liver toxicity
-Lipid panel
-Gyno issues

I hated p-mag. Saw no gains and had killer head aches... 1-AD looks legit.

I've been debating as of late to try Max LMG, but I don't know & as far as superdrol I've heard horror stories.

1-AD in fact seems to be the best of all in the list as it doesn't stress the liver too much, sides are manageable and gains are better than you can expect from most milder compounds today. I saw a UK source lately for that. Main problem is the company of this item is completely unknown to me.

Max-LMG i heard different things, wouldn't take it if youre gyno prone.

P-Mag converts into Mechabol, perhaps try this next? Reviews so far are great.

Before i take superdrol or tren **** i would rather get my hands on some DMZ or even ultradrol along with some TUCDA for liver assistance
 
What's your alls opinion on something like IBE's Epistane for a beginner PH cycle. I'm looking to possibly do my first...I'm also on TRT.

wouldnt do this PH as first. it gets very mixed reviews, some report great gains others notice nothing. same with sides where majority think it is very mild but i have read some who have done bloodwork that came with very bad liver values and extremely low test levels at the end of the cycle. rebound gyno could also be possible with this compound, OTC PCT here definitely is not sufficient
