BDC Nutrition/AnabolicMinds has been around for over 5 months now, and in that short 5 months, theres been some significant changes, not just the name of the board. I see a lot of members who came here to escape the newbie nazi's and to keep in touch with their brothers, but where these guys like it or not, they've learned a great deal, and they're beyond knowing just enough to be dangerous, and are able to give advice like a vet. So I thought we'd list a few members who have come along way and make a poll and give some open board credit to that member (or members) who have done a 180 and are now a vet on the most intelligent board around....... If anyone wants to add a category other than most improved, go right ahead, I dont mind.....


But a couple names come to mind when I think most improved, and thats Biggin & Scotty2.
 
Good idea YJ...

Biggin and Scotty2 are both definitely qualified for this distinction. I would also like to nominate sage, who has made an excellent turnaround.
 
lol, ain't no vet, am definitely honored by the mention though YJ, it means alot coming from a bro I respect so much. just contribute where I can, I love seeing this board grow into such badassery. bump scotty, he's a pimp, always willing to offer real, constructive advice while keeping an open mind to learn but doesn't take ****, and has as good sense of humor, essence of what this board is about IMO ;) . old LG is much the same, he deserves mucho credit as well
 
seems to me LG knows alot more than before... although i reckon we've all made improvements with the easily accessable knowledge in the forum, and probably have learned more than if some of us stayed on the old board
 
I would say LG as well. He is a very smart guy for his age. Actually for any age! ;) EBE is also a young knowledgeable brother. So many to choose from...........................

Thanks guys, lets get a couple more. I would also like to throw Bone's name in the mix- To be honest, didnt know much about the guy until AnaMinds.

LG is certainly a good selection. Guys like Sheesh who I didnt really know until here know way too much to be consider most improved, although he's gotten much wiser. EBE- You dont qualify either ;)

Hmm....I think that Biggin, scotty, Bone, sage definitley, EBE, and so many others deserve the credit, not me....I already knew a lot, but most of those guys did not know nearly as much as I did....

I would add Pogue to the list. But maybe, he has always done great work and I just started to notice. Wouldn't be the first time I was caught napping.
 
I would not put Bone and Scotty2 on a list like this, as I always had great respect for their input even before this board.
 
I don't want my name on any goddam list. If people think I know **** they might start asking questions;) . I'm flattered, thank you gentlemen. BTW, I still don't know ****, but Biggin sure does.

Most improved? I'd have to say Biggin, or maybe he just didn't start contributing more untill lately, but damn impressive work, studies are almost always there now, good stuff. :)

I would say Scotty, Pogue, or Bone but they've been on top of things ever since they came here IMO.

What about "Sexiest member over 250lbs"? Oh wait, that's me :D :D
