Most Efficent Cutting Cycle

Hey all,

Bio:
Height —> 6’5.5”
Weight —> 247
Body fat %—> 27-29% (yeah I know gear doesn’t show as much or help as much as diet)

Goals:
Strength maintenance or increase
Lean mass maintenance/increase
Fat loss (like a mofo)

I’m just about to start my first cycle of 50mg of Tbol daily for 8 weeks because that’s what I can afford right now. In my research for my second cycle I’ve been looking for ways to help me cut down efficiently. I know that my priorities are focused right now on nutrition, training, and THEN gear. I’m currently cruising on 100mg of Androgel for health reasons (daily — yes daily. Its KSF), and therefore I don’t really want to necessarily mess with my test levels more than I have to. Will though if y’all think blasting test would help with the cut. What other compounds go well together?

You should lose some bodyfat first but to answer your question. Primobolan with test is a mild cycle but primo is probably the best steroid to maintain muscle during a cut.

That’s the goal. I’m trying to figure out which substances will help lower my body fat while I focus on my diet.

Tren and a having your diet in check will do wonders for you in a short period of time. Honestly you need to do cardio, eat good but if you stacked tren on that you will look like a new person. Just don’t overlook cardio, even steady state walking for 30-60minutes 4/5 times a week.

Ummmm...minus the winstrol, I start that EXACT cycle tommorow. Just saying

Haha, yeah for you this isn’t a bad cycle, in fact it looks like a great cutting cycle but for OP, who’s on his first cycle and in reality should really just focus on diet and training, this is way way too hardcore imo)......

Thanks for the input, but actually this would be my second cycle. I’ve been training for 3 years. Go to the gym 5-6 times a week after working at the docks all day so I’m not a stranger to hardwork. It’s just difficult to know which substances out of all of them will give me the most bang for my buck, ie enhance the dieting. Since I’m starting at such a high body weight too, any advice would be helpful.

I used yohimbine hcl, ostarine, S4 last year. I would say though the cut lasted 5 months and used this for the last 2. So I was already moving in the right direction. Used yohimbine from week one with a caffeine based fat burner first thing in the morning. Took a week off between tubs

You do not wanna run any strong stuff at 27% bodyfat. If you add anything you should use test and primo to keep muscle and cut. Adding tren would be a huge disappointment cause you take the strongest one and you still wouldn't see much definition. Tren needs food to work properly and you'd get more out of primo and a longer cycle.

Thing is, if you start getting screwed up, you are not going to know what compound is doing it. You need to learn, over years, how your body reacts to different compounds. The best cycle for cutting for you is the kind you sit on and pedal.

Nothing beats DNP. But it must be well researched and well respected. It has a lot of bad stigma because of how strong it is but if used sensibly and responsibly it delivers amazing results.

*** has a bad stigma because it can kill you much much much easier than anything else out there. I would never recommend anyone to use that. If you have to cut then diet and get your routine on point. Without learning those no matter what compound you take will help you.

IDK about all that. I believe most would agree cocaine is a more dangerous drug, and I know many people who have used it very irresponsibly many, many times and not one has ever died from it. IV included. If I had to guess you have no experience with it and base your opinion off of regurgitated forum babble. No offense to you.

But as said before diet and training need to be on point for this to be really effective. DNP will damn near double the amount of fat loss possible with diet and excercise alone.

In your post you state that tbol is your first cycle, I.e you are currently on your first cycle?

Regardless of the semantics it doesn’t change the answer that tren would be a terrible idea bro.

It’s good that know training and nutrition is the key but honestly, unless I’m missing something, you should really be able to get down below 20% bf without any drugs and without losing much in the way of strength or lean mass.......

I don’t believe anyone has to be a certain bf percentage to cycle per se (although definitely being leaner makes for a better cycle from everything I’ve read) but I do think that at least getting below 20% shows there’s probably a reasonable base of nutrition and training there, thus making a decent result from the cycle more likely.

I definitely would agree with you on that haha. Honestly I’ve tried a couple different meal plans, and currently I’m trying Iffym, while I’m also researching a legit Ketosis diet, but I’m half way tempted to just go to a nutritionist. It’s frustrating because I’ve tried multiple types of diets, but my problem is that most of the time i don’t trust the process. I either think I look worse or the diet actually doesn’t work.

Do you track your calorie intake and macro split using an app? Are you very specific on it (weighing foods etc)?

Yes I have a food scale, track with MyFitnessPal, and my daily intake is somewhere around 3,124 calories a day. I thought the hardest would be to stay under that amount, but so far I’ve had the opposite problem.

Honestly bro I would get your nutrition and training sorted first before touching aas.....if your not getting anywhere with your stats as they currently are then something is off.

For your weight and height (assuming your training 4-5 times a week) 3k Cals probably should be a small deficit but if weight loss has plateaued you’ll need to reduce (id do 2,750 and see if that gets it moving).

It’s gonna take time but would be the best approach just imo.

Good luck anyway, hope you get there
