Morning training.

I'm wondering what is most effective for fat loss in the morning. I train at 6am and get to work at 8am. I usually just have a preworkout on the way to the gym and train for 1-1.5 hours, then light cardio after(20 minutes liss). Would it be wise to eat before working out? What does everyone else do for morning workouts/eating before.

Just eat if it makes your training session better. If not, stick with your current protocol. Personally, I would need to eat at 4:30 or 5 the very latest if training at 6 AM. I would just skip the food and go fasted.

yohimbine is one that I love for morning fasted training

I like yohimbine to or just a good product like norcodrene taken pre workout is good to.

ECA works wonders for me .. and a 1L of water with some naicin(B3) first thing after waking up

At the end of the day fatloss will happen in a calorie deficit not whether you eat before your morning workout. Personally I would eat a small proetin based meal even a whey/carb supplement to keep things light. You'll have a better workout due to more energy and wont lose muscle due to not have protein in your system.
