More Yellow Gold Q's

rollin' on dubs!
i know the high GI/low GI issue has been discussed and there is a consensus on that. however, i was wondering if YG would be as effective if the majority of your carbs came from fruit and dairy. i know lactose and fructose aren't optimal for replenishing muscle glycogen and fill liver glycogen, so that is my concern with these carb sources and YG. i would appreicate USPlabs or mullet to comment on this.

also, has it been determined what the best scenario for YG is? (bulking or cutting?) it seems like it is great for recomp but would this be more useful in a caloric surplus or deficit?

cool, thanks for the link! ill check it out after a hardcore leg workout:run:

I think that those carb sources are sub-optimal so to speak if you are speaking strictly of glycogenesis, and AP, but I feel you'll still derive alot of benefit in implementing AP with your diet.

In terms of the scenario question, I honestly do not feel that there is one scenario which would be more 'ideal' than the others. I think AP has a wide range of applications and could have equal efficacy in each. I will say however that whatever type of diet you are currently implementing a clean one is far, far, far better with AP than a sloppy one. But, I know from your posts that isn't a problem.

What are your thoughts on consuming anabolic-pump with each carb meal? I have 300 grams of it, and was thinking about trying it out.

I take it with every carb meal especially the meal post post workout which is usually the last meal of the day. Do not exceed the 500mgs dose.

Big bump, a higher total dosage works great, but going above the 500mg one-time dose made me feel hypo.
