This is getting to the point of redundancy. I hit another 3RM PR today.
Squat 3 x 365#
Bench 3 x 270#
Deadlift 3 x 400#
I still feel fully recovered by my next workout. I'm hoping to purchase some more of Prime and AP to keep this going as long as possible. Thanks again!
