So here is the new fad in my head.... Results are actually better then I usually get.... Here is all I do m/w/f

Bench 4 set of 10,8,6,4
Squat 3 set of 10.8.6
Deads 2 set of 10,8
Pull ups 3x failure
Dips 3x failure
Pushups 3x failure
Crunches 3x
