Mood and diet/training

More of a vent than anything, just looking for feedback. Broke up with my girl this weekend, actually she left me because school is getting hard (nursing major) and she feels she is being selfish not being able to spend as much time with me. Anyway, my diet went south and I missed two days in the gym. I feel like a slacker on top of everything else. :frustrate

How do you guys cope with events like this and keep your motivation?
 
a break up for me is usually a motivating factor, to get bigger and leaner. i've never been through a really bad break up though.

They aren't fun, especially in this case where neither side really wants it. I'll be back at it today, as hard as ever.
