I took one pack every day for 30 days and I took it with a handful of almonds, as I read you should because it absorbs better with high fat foods. I also increased my total calorie intake, with a focus on protein.
I chose Novdex XT because I read many logs and posts where people used SD and that was the PCT they used. Like I said I'm new to this and wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly. If I'm not, I can make a change but what change should I make? What PCT would you use?
