I love how quick and simple Stan Efferding's Monster Mash is. Lots of protein, B12, zinc, creatine, etc. What ingredients do you put in your Monster Mash? I keep it pretty simple and add basil and a small amount of honey for extra flavor. Here's how I like to make it.

I eat this every week! I do ground beef, basmati rice,and salsa. I noticed a big difference eating this vs chicken in the performance at the gym.. Great tip about adding honey. I will try that.
 
I’ve heard about this a lot and am actually thinking about trying it. I have basmati rice, ground beef, and all the ingredients mentioned above. I hope I get good results soon.
