It definitely seems to show more for you. Have you been getting more of the muscle fullness after meals or just in the gym? Vascularity had been the one thing I've noticed a lot and that's def the case for you as well

~90% of my carbohydrate intake is at night, postworkout, but that keeps me looking full throughout the day without looking bloated. As far as lack of vascularity goes, I stay fairly lean year round so that hasn't been an issue

It was a fairly quick workout and I was focusing a lot on long isometric holds followed by full range of motion reps. All in all, may do these days more often haha

I have carb10 from mts it's like hbcd but lighter have you tried it ?

No, I have never heard of it... What do you mean by a lighter carb?

It's based off of pea's and there's less of an insulin spike as opposed to glycofuse or a hbcd based product , go check it out I've noticed a difference since I have used mostly all of them.
 
I have basically abstained from going to the gym all week :( because my entire family flew in from Indiana to spend Christmas with me here in Southern California

If you know anything about Mexican Christmases then you could imagine the amount of Pozole, Tamales, and tacos I have consumed in the past few days...infinity macros haha

Surprisingly, I look do not feel like a wounded bear considering I hardly ever eat like this. And dare I say I have gotten a tad leaner STILL... The gym should be interesting tomorrow ;)

First day back was great. Weights were moving faster than normal and work capacity is feeling like it has increased. I'm sure the time off, the increased carbs, coupled with the improved insulin sensitivity all played a part in the improvements

Weight is actually down 2 lbs so I'm going to add some more carbs and protein in attempts to facilitate some growth in the next couple weeks

And I polished off the rest of a box of cookie crisp I had laying around all drowned in a scoop and a half of vanilla modern protein blended with ice

Sugar Cookie Crisp. It's amazing. Had like 5 boxes last year but haven't been able to find any of the holiday cereals this year (sugar cookie toast crunch, sugar cookie pebbles, crisp...) so bummed.

Most of them were in regular grocery stores last year but easier to find at the two you listed.

Haha thanks, my wife hates it so I only grow it out for few weeks and I shave it when I cut my hair :(

And Ant, how do you not like fruity pebbles?!?! Definitely top 3 cereals for me

If you add milk to fruity pebbles, they become way too soft and the color makes them look like fish food!

I've NEVER had the problem of having my cereal sit too long in milk I would describe my eating style as violently devouring haha

After Marine Corps basic training I could never shake that habit

That's quite the spread of sushi. I can only do rolls, and certain types. I have a problem with the texture of raw fish :(

I could honestly never get tired of eating nigiri. And the roll selection for this place is pretty ridiculous but I developed an allergy to shellfish a few years back so no shrimp, lobster, crab, etc :(

Price: This was in fact a sponsored log
but Slinmax can be found at 29.99 and cheaper at various online retailers. This comes out to a dollar per serving and given the profile, the product is well worth the price.

Profile: with fully disclosed amounts of ingredients which I would take in bulk, this would have to be one of the most comprehensive GDA's I have seen to date. Upon seeing 200 mg of Na-R-ALA and 750 mg of Agmatine, I knew it was something I would have to try eventually because those are currently staple supplements because of their general health benefits.

Effectiveness: In my log, I noted both food pumps as well as overall a full an vascular look in the month I used Slinmax. I was so impressed, I lined up another bottle of it to take in order to continue my run. Another thing I will note is that I look like I have leaned out quite a bit in these 5 weeks. My shoulders have became more vascular and my waist has tightened up a bit.
This is interesting mainly because two reasons: 1) I did not lose much scale weight (~1lb given normal fluctuations) and 2) no real changes were made other than slightly increasing periworkout carbohydrates.

Versatility: I like how 120 caps are the 30 servings. This give the user the ability to split doses and adjust accordingly depending on their goal and diet structure. I would personally take 2 caps first thing in the AM (on/off days) as well as 2 caps prior to my preworkout dose of HBCD's.

Side effects: With no GI issues and no nausea to note from my experience, my toilet thanks you Preformax

Overall: 4.5/5

The only reason this did not get a perfect score is because once you consider the other GDA's at a much lower price point, it begins to offset the impressive profile offered by slinmax. That being said IMHO the price will not prevent me from buying in the future
