I had a log already started but I did not give it an appropriate title (One more log) so I wanted to start fresh as I feel I am starting to have some great results as well as a few sides and want anyone who is considering helladrol to get as much info and feedback as possible. I am going to re-post all of my weekly updates below:
Current Stats (As of 3/18/12):
Height 5' 11"
Weight 208 - Ultimate goal ~195 by end of May (end of PCT)
Diet: ~2000 calories coming from approx. 220g Protein/140 g Carbs/40 g Fats
GOAL:
Utilize hella to assist in further cutting. I would like to retain the lean muscle mass I have and maybe add a few pounds which in turn will help in decreasing BF%. Ultimate goal is to decrease BF% over 6 week cycle + PCT.
Main Cycle:
Helladrol 75/75/75/75/100/100 *being so mild I decided to start at 75 and run up to 100
Forma-Stanzol 8/8/8/8/10/10 - split into 2 apps
Support:
Purus Labs Organ Shield (A.M.)
A.I. Life Support (P.M.)
NOW Blood Pressure Health
3 grams Taurine
Daily Supps:
Multi-vitamin
Fish Oil
CLA
Green Tea
Glucosamine/Chondroitin
PCT:
Serm: Torem 90/60/60/30
Anti-Estro: Forma-Stanzol 6/4/0/0
Anti-Estro: Erase 1/2/3/3/3/2/1 (Running 3 wks past DAA)
Natural Test Booster: DAA 3 grams/day
Cortisol Control: Lean Extreme 3/3/3/3
GDA: A.I. Glycobol 2/2/2/2
Workout
M: Chest and Tri's
T:Cardio and Abs
W: Back and Biceps
Th: Shoulders and Calves
Fri: Cardio and Abs
Sat: Legs
Sun: Cardio (usually Tennis for 2+ hours)
I will probably have to increase calories slightly but I want the scale (more importantly BF) to decrease over the course of the 6 weeks so I will still run under maintenance. We will see how hella works on a pure cut.
