Notes: Put a little too much ‘effort’ into warming up waiting for the HS pull/row to open up...so didn’t get to really test strength out as much as I was wanting to, but overall good workout....woke up thru-out the night feeling sore all over, mostly legs & traps...but that all dissipated as I was stretching/warming up...now starting to come back, forsee DOMS coming full on tonight, like it did last week.
Dosed 5 caps XFA. I’m out of TestFactor as of yesterday, so hopefully a nice lil MN package will arrive sooooon.

Also, cracked open a tub of AminoCell and used 2 scoops intraWO today (along with some extra bcaa/aa), bitter taste, that the GMS in it, you spose? Also, began using Needto’s NTKTS, good stuff! Didn’t hit me as strong as I was hoping it would, but great long lasting energy, some aggression came out...and I think I sweat more today than I recall I ever have...could be all things combined though...
