Molecular Nutrition XFA Log

Day 24

Took the pills spread out over 2 meals today. Just a cardio day, and basketball later tonight. I don't do much cardio as of right now because i've been bulking, but i'm considering doing a cut sometime very soon so i like to stay in good running shape.

Here's how today went:

Elliptical 20 mins on interval

Jumprope 10 mins

Heavybag boxing 15mins

and a few core workouts.

One more day on the first bottle! ill get my mid-cylce stats up for you either friday or saturday.

Ha that was my first big cardio day i've done in quite sometime, but i am definitely eating BIG! I'm actually going to start to get into cut mode in the next couple of weeks so i'm going to miss all the food...

Weight: 186 lbs +2lbs

BF%: 10%-12% Probably closer to ten now.

Arms: 16" +1/2"

Chest: 43" +0" but i do remember i did measure on chest day so not as accurate as it shoudl be...

Waist: 34.25" -1/2"

Thigh: 24" +1"!!!!!

Calves: 15.25" +.15"


Unbelievable for 25 days IMO, The arms and legs especially. Very happy with this product, it has done everything it said it would and then some! Cannot wait to continue this! As i said all pics will be posted at the end!

Day 26

Cracked open the second bottle today and got a good maintenence lift in! A lil shoulders, bi's and tri's today!

Shoulders:

BB military press: 3x6-8 135lbs

Seated DB press: 3x8 65lbs

Bi's

BB preacher curls: 4x8

Hammer curls: 3x12

BB preacher curl resist on way down and get helped up 1xfailure

Tri's

Pullover press: 3x10

FST-7 tricep pushdown

and various ab excersizes

Good day, got a great sweat in and am happy for a break this weekend! goin ice fishin!

Leg day today, got an unbelievable leg lift in today, one of my best overall lifts ever. Really loved it. Energy and edurance were through the roof, i didn't wanna stop!

Leg Curls: 4x10, 8, 8, 5(resist on way down to failure)
Superset
Leg ext: 4x12, 10, 8, 8

Leg Press: 4x15,12,10,8

Seated calf raises: 4x8

And some abs

Great lift today, usually dont have to convenience of all the various compound leg lifts but went to the local YMCA with a friend today and looks like ill be doing my leg lifts from there from now on because i loved what i could do today.

Awesome day and will maybe take the day off tomorrow depending on leg soreness..... I'll post an update tomorrow morning to let ya know...

Chest and bi's today. I usually do chest and tri's today, but I havent really been shooting all that well in my basketball league so i'm going to see if working the tri's was the reason for that. Anyway, I'm not really as sore as i thought i would be after that leg lift yesterday, but i did eat/drink a lot of protein yesterday and feel good today!

Here is how the lifts went:

BB flat bench: 1x135x10, 1x225x3, 5x5 225lbs

Incline DB bench: 3x8 75lbs

Incline Flyes: 2x10 45lbs

Pec dec: 3x10

Bi's

Triangle up and back down 6x10 35, 55, 75, 55, 35, 35 only rest to change plates

Cross body hammer curls: 2x8 45lbs

Days 31&32

31 was my off day on wednesday and was back in the gym this morning with back! Back and abs i did today and will do shoulders and tri's tomorrow to round out my week. Good back lift today, energy was through the roof! felt great!

Rack deads: 3x10, 8, 5 185, 225, 275

Pullups: 3x8,8,6 Resist on way down

Seated Rows: 2x12 squeezing the whole time

Like i said great energy today and strength was definitely up in the gym today, havent been able to do a lot of weight since i hurt my back a few years ago but really felt good on the rack deads today!

headin to the local Y tomorrow to hit the shoulders and tri's.
 
Day 33

Shoulders and tri's today to round off the week. good energy again and felt great!

Shoulders:

Military press: 4x12, 10, 8, 7 95, 135, 135, 135

Upright Rows: 3x10,10, 8 95, 105, 105

Seated 2 way shoulder flyes: 2xfail

Tri's:

CG Bench: 4x15,12,10, 8 135, 155, 165, 165

Pullover press: 3x12,10,8

DB Kickbacks: 2xfail


As most of you know that have been following, takin the weekend off and most likely hit legs monday.

Days 34 and 35 were off days, day 36 today. Not a real great weekend as far as nutrition goes due to superbowl parties and such. But cant complain they took it home!!!!!!!!!

Got back at it today with legs:

Leg Ext: 4x12

Leg curls: 4xfailure resisting on way down for last sets.

Standing calf raises

Various ab lifts.

Decent day, ok energy, nothing over the top but got a decent day in giving the circumstances. Felt good to be back in the gym and will be back at it tomorrow with chest and tri's
 
it might not have been clean nutrition, but i bet it was good nutrition!
 
Day 37

Unbelievable is all i have to say about today.

Chest and tri's here we go.

Chest:

BB bench: 135x12, 225x5, 250x4(was going to keep going here but felt great so decided to up the weight. 275x1, 300(here is where it got crazy, I got it 3/4 of the way up, hit the rack and was not able to recuperate and get it up. Somewhat dissapointing but very happy to see i can get it!) Will get it later in the week or next week. CANT WAIT!!!! then did one more set of 275x1

Incline DB bench: 3x10, 8, 8 75, 80, 85

Incline DB flyes: 3x10 45lbs

Tri's

Pullover press: 3x 12, 10, 8

Skull crushers: 2x10

Very happy with my lifts today, went very heavy in everything, definitely know the x-factor is doing its job!

Off tomorrow back and bi's on thursday!

Days 38&39

Wednesday was my off day like usual this week. Did some back and bi's this morning.

Back:

Rack Deads: 4x10 225

Pullups: 1x15, 3x8 (resist on way down)

(Giant Set)

Seated rows: 2x15

On bench one arm rows: 2x12

Straight arm pulldown: 2x10

Bi's

Just got some good reps in today

EZ bar standing curl: 4x20

Seated 45 degree angle: 2x12

Good back day and just got a good pump in on the arms, decided i NEED to get 300 so tomorrow is the day! I WILL GET IT.
 
Day 40

Well here's how the day went. I was hyped up to try the 300 once again, but after my first heavy warm up set i do to get ready for the 300 i felt some soreness in my chest from tuesdays heavy lift and decided to not push it and let my body fully recuperate before goin all the way up in weight again. So, ill try again next week!

Here is how the rest of the lift went, decided to hit shoulders

BB bench: 135x12, 225x3, 250x3<here is where i felt the soreness and decided to back off.

Shoulders:

Seated DB press: 4x15,12,12,10 45lbs

Standing front laterals: 3x12,12,10

Standing side laterals: 2x10
superset with
Seated side laterals: 2x10

And hit abs pretty hard today also. Got a good shoulder lift in, and am takin the weekend off as usual, probably play some ball with some friends and get geared up for my last weekend on the X-Factor

That soreness will hinder you on a heavy day, that 300 is lurking though. I know you will get it soon.

Days 41, 42 & 43

Day 41 was off, 42 I did 30 mins of cardio on my elliptical machine and today was 43!

So i did some chest and bi's today, followed by some very high intensity jumproping at the end. For my chest lifts today i switched up my order a bit and wow what a difference!

Chest:

Incline Flies: 3x 15, 10, 8 25, 45, 55

Incline BB bench; 3x 10, 6, 6 185, 195, 200

Flat BB bench: 3x 10, 6, 6 205, 215, 220

Cable cross: 2x12, 8

Bi's

Seated incline DB curls: 2x12, 8 25, 35

Standing BB curl: 3x10, 6, 6 70, 90, 95

One arm preacher DB curls: 2x10, 8

Standing hammer curls: 2x10, 8

Then did 15 mins of high intensity jumprope for some cardio today. Felt great in the lift today and changing up the order of my chest lift was just weird for me because i usually always have BB bench first and to be struggling with 220 was a pretty weird feelin for me today. Other than that felt good today and am gettin ready for those after pics!
 
great volume, especially with the high intensity cardio.

I hear you on flat bench, Im just transitioning back to it myself and it sucks when you get stronger at other movements then go back to one you pushed out of rotation for a while.
 
Day 44

Leg day today! Energy levels have been down the past couple lifts because i'm off my Pre-WO for now which is pretty upsetting but gotta give it a break. O well, still had decent energy and got a good leg lift in.

Legs:

Leg ext: 3x12, 8, 6

Leg Press: 3x 10, 6, 6

Split leg squats: 3x 10, 6, 6

Step back lunges: 2x8, 8

Standing leg curls: 3x12, 8, 6

SL deads: 2x10

Calves

and some light abs

Plan on doing some cardio later today, definition has undoubtedly gone up since i started XFA and now that i've added cardio its even more noticeable, hopefully be in some great shape for the after pics!
 
Days 45&46

Gettin down there..... Off day yesterday with some basketball cardio last night, had a great game! got a couple dunks in! Almost an awesome alley-oop that i shoulda had which really upsets me!!!!!!!

O well, back to lifting today, all back day.

Back:

WG Chinups: 3x12,10,8

CG pulldowns: 3x10,6,6

Bent over bb rows: 3x10, 6, 6 135, 185, 195

One arm rows: 3x10, 8

Back flies: 2x15, 10

back ext. 1x12

20 mins of cardio and some abs

lots of stuff goin on today in my world of fitness! But got a great sweat going during the cardio and abs and am almost ready for the after pics! Cant say im ready to be done with this though :happysad:

Absolutely 0 energy and a pretty nasty cough. At the moment it looks like I will be takin tomorrow off as well. Ha what a joke, one day left on the XFA and i cant even finish on time. Anyway, ill try and recoup ASAP and get my final lift and review up.

FINAL X-Factor Advanced REVIEW!

Alrighty guys, unfortunately i got sick durin this last week and was unable to get the entire 50 days in on schedule, but definitely gave it a good run and had a blast with this product! Like others have said, its better i got it now that halfway through this! Anyway, ill give ya my measurements and pics later, just the review and numbers for now!

Strength: 10/10
unbelievable strength gains on this product. No other product has come even close to this. The reason i became so intensely interested in ths product was because the claims that it could work as good as superdrol but was completely natural. I was skeptical but decided wow i need to try that. My bench went up from 275-280 to start this log to an unbelievable 295-300 at a weight of only 188. benching 112 more pounds than i weigh? Still blows my mind! Strength increased is absolutely every single lift and i set PR on every lift since day 1. Absolutely incredible.


Mass: 10/10:
At the beginning of this log i was consuming around 3000-4000 calories a day and doing no cardio, pretty much an all out bulk. I went from 182 i believe i started at(not positive) to 190 was the highest i got on this cycle. My weigh in of 190 i remember was around day 35-36. so in just over a month i put on 8 lbs? No other natural product on the market i dont believe would ever do that for me. Another incredible aspect of XFA.


Lean: 9.5/10
Not really a set category to rate, but though the scale was increasing, i seemed to have gained no fat at all and even looked to have lost some. Was very happy with this.


Vascularity: 9/10
Though I dont believe this product is all for vascularity, it was no doubt an added perk of it. Increased veins in my legs and shoulders. and existing veins in arms much more noticeable.


Pumps: 9/10
Pumps were definitely more noticeable on this product then when im off it. Loved this!

Overall: 10/10
Would go even higher if possible! This product met and went well beyond my expectations. Absolutely incredible. I did cut my calories back to around 2000-2500 for the last 2 weeks so the 190 i was at very well could have made it to 195 by the end. Absolutely incredible product for anyone looking to put on all natural size and strength without fat gain. I truley believe my BF% is down at least 2% in these past 2 months. Cannot wait to take the final measurements and get pics of for you guys to see!
