6 sets x maximal reps

Impression: wow, unbelievable pump, arms are sore already . Give it a TRY:

Also had a back workout:

Cliffs:

DB row of 105 lbs no straps: good weight for me, I know I am getting strong or near my best when I can do this weight on back
Chin-ups: 20 reps pretty good!

The pumps and workouts on this stack have been excellent.

Got a great chest workout

BTW i have another test factor at home and I am working on getting another x-factor or two from tim so this stack is going for a solid 3 month which will be a true gauge of effectiveness

So far Ratings:
/10

Pump: 6/10 good, I wouldn't say crazy but pretty good, not really supposed to be a benefit from this stack so its almost an irrelevant category

Strength: 8/10 Consistently getting better, especially now that I am getting back into more of a strength/hypertrophy type training

Endurance: 8/10 I ran the two mile at a six and change pace, pretty darn good

Power: 9/10 Great improvements in this category, I time a fair amount of sets to measure this and I had very good improvements in this area

DOMS: +1 here, felt an increase and a few very mild overuse syndromes but nothing that didnt clear up after a few days

Way to keep killing it in the gym, glad you're loving the MN goodies!

Have a great weekend brother :)

Finally got back in the gym today:

165 x 10
175 x 8
185 x 8
195 x 6

All with strict form and also used a narrower grip then I am used too:

Weight is up 1 pound since beginning a slow bulk/cut/recomp

Chest Fly Flat:
50#
6 sets x 8 reps

In and out in 35 minutes, needed it.

Stack is still treating me well, love the increased DOMS

Overall: I think x factor is really starting to kick in scale has gone up the past two weeks, libido has been good as well

Way to kill it in the gym despite being busy, and of course the scale going up is always good to hear about!!

Man, weight really is starting to come in this week: up 2 pounds, this is great!

Workouts were:

Legs and
Chest

Squat: Went over the 300 pound mark in a while, felt good to get back
Bench: Right now really focusing on developing my upper chest

Side Note: I noticed my appetite is starting to increase....

I believe this is week 10

Right now I can honestly say I feel this stack kicking more than the past 8-9 weeks combined.

Weight is going up, libido is thru the roof, and all my weights are going up.

Right now:

2 caps Test factor twice per day
2 caps x factor twice per day pre and then one other time during the day
I feel this dosing fits my schedule best.

Honestly am really glad I extended this stack the extra few weeks, this is the best I've felt training wise in a long time.

Example lifts:

Bench now back in the low 300
Squat back over the 300 mark as well
Powerclean improving weekly
Joint/tendon soreness mildly increased only post squat day

right now stack is 10/10

Big lift day tomorrow Ill report back with specifics

Sub about to start mine. Are you still doing twice a day? I workout morning so wondering if i should do four pwo or pwo and bedtime

Sub about to start mine. Are you still doing twice a day? I workout morning so wondering if i should do four pwo or pwo and bedtime

Definitely do 2 AM and 2 PM and take them with or before a carb containing meal as the ActeoFit has a strong nutrient partitioning and GDA effect.

Sub about to start mine. Are you still doing twice a day? I workout morning so wondering if i should do four pwo or pwo and bedtime

2 and 2 i get up at about 5 am so i take two upon waking then the other two are post workout at night with a high carb meal

I also suggest taking the Ara with it, but make sure you allow adequate recovery between training, the Ara at least in my opinion, has lead to greater training effect, soreness, etc.

Thx! So no pwo benefit hu? Ill do post workout in am with carbs and then with dinner!

I'm used to xf soreness! Been using it off and on since launch haha

Great, great chest session yesterday.

Benched 245 x 8 which was first time it feels like Ive done that for a while!!!!

Def make sure you take x-factor with carbs it makes a huge difference

TIme to wrap this log up! Give a huge shout out to MN for providing me with Test Factor, great product and great stacked with x factor. Final review coming up shortly

Final Review (long overdue and I apologize for that)
After finishing up test factor/xfactor combo last week here is the finale:

Strength/Power-9/10 In my opinion, as far as natural supplements, this stack has finished in my top 3. If I had to rank my favorite supplements for power and strength it would go: 1. Creatine 2. Ara/TF 3. HMB (maintains strength while cutting) This stack has provided me with the most impressive strength gains I have had since beginning creatine back when I was 16. My bench press when up about 15 pounds in 8 weeks which is a lot for me at this point in my training career as I believe I am approaching my genetic limit. It also helped improve power production as far as v. jump and plyometric performance

Size 9/10 I put on a solid 4.5 pounds during this log. Eating was pretty similar to normal, did not add anything in special. Kept protein normal and my diet was essentially unchanged.

libido: Push: A slight increase here, but wasn't something I paid too much attention too.

Overall Great stack, anyone looking for a natural boost this would be something I will run again in the future probably 2-3 times a year with an 8 week wash out inbetween. The ara def leads to more soreness etc but it is well worth it, something you just have to pay attention too. I could also see this stack being applied in PCT to help preserve muscle.

Excellent final review, thank you Braskibra! Very glad to hear you liked it as much as everybody else has.
