MMv3 sublingual

So I've never taken a sublingual before and curious if I'm doing it right. It seems pretty straight forward... The bottle says to place under your tounge until it completely dissolves and to then swallow. I'm putting it under my tounge but it seems to take 10 or more minutes to desolve. Should it take that long? Can I swallow the moisture in my mouth as it dissolves or should I wait until it's completely dissolved before swallowing anything?

Yes they take awhile, wait until it dissolves about half way then crush it and move it around under your tongue a few more minutes and swallow. That's what I did, otherwise it takes forever and it's kind of a gross taste after awhile.

Ya, swish it around with your tongue helps... breaking it in half speeds up the process as well. Try not to swallow too much (no homo), we want as much as possible to be dissolved UTT.
