Gentlemen,
Wondering what your thought are on a MMV3 + D-Plex stack. I have both compounds on hand, and have used both in the past. Looking for strength gains while keeping bodyweight at check. Hovering around 185 and looking to get my deadlift into the 500's and my clean and jerk into the 300's, while maintaining conditioning training.
What are you thoughts on combining the two? Enjoy the hightened recovery aspects of both, but unsure if stacking the two would be redundant. Thanks!
