PCT DAY 20--- This was the last workout of PCT. I'm just returning from battling bog boars in Svartvelheim and stopped by the gym to work Legs and Shoulders! Great workout. Intensity is thru the roof! Energy is way up also. I'm a definately ready for my cycle to begin on Sunday morning! Some good numbers from this morning's battle: Leg Extensions: 110 x 12. This machine is just plain hard. Another gym I frequent across town I do 190 x 12 a lot easier than this gym's machine. Standing One-Legged Leg Curls: 70 x 12. Machine Shoulder Presses: 185 x 12. One-Arm Cable Side Laterals: 60 x 12. One-Arm Overhead Cable Rear Laterals: 70 x 12. All in all a great workout to finish up PCT with.
