Mmorso Cranks it Up with BPS StimRush (Sponsored)

Positioning the elbows right is the trick. In the video it looks like jujimufu has the elbows near his body -but it's a wrong impression due to his massive size. Bring the elbows out without moving your shoulders up, like 75 degrees from your lat. Then make sure you press the DB's together all the time and bring them down right under your chin.
I also do them like champagne press (look it up) moving my wrists "thumbs up" on the top.

No idea, I work them inclined and flat. My first doms I got were all over my chest, LOL.
I may make a video how I do them, problem is, my son started his faculty and does not train with me anymore, have to persuade someone else to tape me....

I didn't keep my elbow out. no wonder my weak as s could do some much weight.

That's EXACTLY how I do them (but with 55's):

You can tug your elbows in, this would be like a CGBP, targeting more the triceps.

Check the side view at the end of the vid.

Thanks man. I'm gonna warm up with hex presses next chest day to play around and feel the form out. It looks like such a badass exercise... I've got limited equipment so new DB exercises are the sh1t

Go light, like 35's to get a feeling for it. What I also really dig -and recommend, especially for dudes with shoulder problems, are landmines, I guess Studhorse was the first to mention them. The two handed version isn't as effective as the one handed one.

I can not press more than 55lbs DB's above my head, but do landmines with 110lbs one armed. Landmines saved my shoulder training!
Thank you Studhorse !

No Problem. I have jacked around with a lot of different lifts to see what I can do without too much shoulder pain or irritation.
Thanks for the Hex Presses hairygrandpa.
Now that I know how to do them correctly. thanks for the vid mmorso

I love landmines.. I do the 2 handed but should try the single arm variation

In all honesty I hate single arm movements cause it takes longer (2 sets = 1)... in fact I can't remember the last time I did a single arm bent over row

Just the opposite for me.
Today I tried: seated single arm row -and single arm lat pull down (pulley).
I tell you: AWESOME !
Targets back much better than regular, will do them often now!
Back was pumped like I never felt before!

Today my wife had to take the baby to the dr and I had to keep my morning workout to an hour... I was going to hit shoulders and arms but decided to spend the entire hour on shoulders and go back this afternoon for arms

I took a stim free pwo at 3pm... it was a sample from Controlled Labs, white pipes maybe... honestly I couldn't even feel any vasodilation going on

It was great to be able to compare StimRush to something else.

My nutriverse package is coming this week, minus the follidrone cause BLR is re-labeling it

Post a pic in the mail thread I want to see all your goddies.

Awesome workout this morning. I hit squats and deadlifts and feel a little DOMS from my shoulder and arm sessions yesterday... anyway, I think I've got a scoop left and that's it. I'll post my final review tomorrow.

hope the baby is doing well!!!

Thanks brother she's kick ass!! Super easy baby. Sleeps great and doesn't fuss about anything... she's lifting her head and is pretty strong. I think she might have been conceived when I was on cycle

Final review.

StimRush was an outstanding preworkout and really shined as a vasodilator. My pumps were amazing and the burning beta-alanine tingles kicked ass. What I found really surprising (as I noted in the log) was how long the tingling sensation lasted after regular use. Typically, pwo lose their punch for me after 5-7 days of taking it; I believe StimRush lost a little potency around 2 weeks of taking it daily.

When my daughter was born and I took a week off of taking StimRush, the BA tingles were back in full effect.

The cherry colada taste was outstanding, along with the mix-ability. In fact, I never used a spoon when prepping StimRush, but simply swirled the water around a couple times. The product is that soluble.

Energy from StimRush was very clean as was focus. In my opinion, this is not that potent of a stimulant, which I really like as I'm on prescription amphetamines. That said, I think it would be an idea pwo for guys who are cutting and running an ECA stack, or even yohimbine.

I will be purchasing this product again and would like to thank all the guys at BPS for giving me the opportunity to try this fabulous supplement.
