Oh hell yeah!!! I gotta take advantage of getting good red meat when I can!!! I'm trying to put on some quality LBM and typically eat incredibly clean... I need the variety

I also got legs tomorrow and have been taking Slinmax (you guys should try it if you haven't!!!)... anyway, I'm gonna pop some Slinmax and eat a slice of cheesecake after I hit squats and deadlifts tomorrow
 
Great chest and back workout today!!! Strength is fcking climbing, which kicks ass cause my pecs are stubborn and its been very frustrating getting growth on them this past year.

Today I hit a couple more reps on every chest movement and started losing count on my dips.. I started super-setting BO barbell Rows with dips and got such an amazing pump it was simply retarded

Cable Rows I hit multiple sets of 180-230 on wide grip. I was almost 2 hrs in the gym and just felt like I could have stayed much longer.

Honestly I think a lot of this also has to do with my test levels probably getting back after a long ass cycle. I'm almost time on + pct in length since my LGD and the kitchen sink cycle... I also started dosing 1 pump of Dermacrine in the mornings a week ago (too bad you fckers stopped making Dermacrine!!! That's the gold standard of DHEA products!!)

I just read thebigt's log and also note a decrease in BA tingles. Really don't give a sh1t though with making this much progress.. seems the vasodilation is still working great

I'm probably going to buy another tub when I run out to just keep moving in the direction I'm going in.

Great workout again this morning... I did 1 hr on arms then hit shoulders for 30mins, with minimum rests..

The last couple days I've been crazy sore and all my muscles feel pumped all day long... like right now, my chest is still rock hard from yesterday.

I've also noticed that I've been getting incredibly tired in the afternoons... from lunch until dinner I'm drag assing... also hungry all the time.
 
I thought I had posted in here already and you just weren't updating so I wasn't getting notifications. I must have lost signal when I went to post or something. ??? I don't know. Anyways, I am here.

I agree on the scotch too, btw. I'm a bourbon guy. But they didn't have bourbon in the big bottles. So I figured this was cooler than nothing. :)

Is Bushmills on the Protestant side of Ireland instead of the Catholic side?

Having a lot of Catholics in my family, I've never known any of them to really care where the alcohol was coming from as long as it was coming. Lol!

Yep Bushmills is "Prod" sauce... and yes again to prod sauce being potable to imbibing Catholics

My uncle is from Ireland and always gives me sh1t... he's a Paddy or Jameson guy

I can see the Irish Catholics taking issue with it because of the strong clash between the Protestants and Catholics there. Here in Kansas, it's not like that so if the alcohol's good, it doesn't matter. I draw the line at some of the names of some of the stuff out there. I don't care how good it tastes, if you're using a blasphemous name for it, I will not buy it.

I was joking around and being "tongue and cheek" and hope I didn't offend you bro. I've got nothing against Protestantism; in fact my wife is Lutheran.

yup...i've used it both ways. I was using once a day until IronLegion recommended twice a day. twice a day IS better, but not by enough to be a huge deal-very effective both ways, imo....

speaking as an ex drunk, dark eyes straight up is the choice of most alkies, lol.
 
Yesterday I hit legs and crushed some squats... feels great having a little more energy to pound out a few more reps each set. I hate doing squats but yesterday I was really into them idk what the deal was.

Anyway, I'm resting today. My wife's been having contractions on and off since last night so the baby's getting closer... well, one would think that at least. 2 wks ago she was getting those Braxton Hicks contractions and we thought she was gonna pop. Idk anymore... getting impatient!

I got it in the Caymans. Maybe the Kentuckians don't like shipping big bottles that far? Duty free scotch is bound to taste better than taxed bourbon. :-D

I'm in a birthing room with the wife in labor. Woke at 3AM and made it to the hospital at like 8 am after deciding wether or not to go in. I'm impatient as fck!!! I wish this baby would get here already!!
