chase it down with something. There is always the option of inserting it rectally too :D

It depends on how the product was prepared. Does the bottle say anything about mg/ml?

You can't just assume 2ml is 40mg. You need to know what ratios it was mixed at in the first place. Most are prepared at 20mg/ml.

What i have found works best is a carbonated drink - i opt for seltzer since i dont drink soda. lifts the taste right out of your mouth.....
 
OJ works better than anything else. I pour about 4oz OJ in a glass & squirt the nolva in with it. Swish it around & down it, you won't taste it at all. With all other liquids, it's still horrible. I equate it to chewing up an aspirin.
