ml to cc conversion

if i have a vial that says 100mg/ml. does that mean 100mg in one ml. and does 1ml=1cc?? say if im doing a test propionate cycle it calls for 100mg eod so, would that be 1cc eod??? and if i did say 50 a day would that be 1/2 a cc a day.
