typically i lift alone but love when i have a lifting partner because it definitely gives you more motivation to go harder.

Work9ut was ok prd the leg press...squats were bothering my knee...they were sore.from playing basketball the day before.

Appetite suppression has been good l. Down a pound in the last few days.

Weather is gross today so hoping to still have a good day! Mindset and motivation are getting better.

Same. It's key for me when cutting. Otherwise I go way above the caloric allowance for the day! haha
 
Hey guys. So sorry I've been gone. Ky damn computer died. So sorry!

I kept up with my dosing in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.

I have to say, this is the first supplement that I've used that can put a dent in my appetite.

Energy was great...perfect amount

A great sense of well being

I lost 10lbs and maintained all strength.

Solid 9/10

Awesome! It's definitely a solid product and when you run acouple bottles back to back the results just get better and better.
