Is it necessary to take on cycle support while taking MK677? Also, what all should I be concerned about when I take this? (Enlarging of the heart, tumors, insulin, etc etc)

No cycle support.
Many people like to add in a GDA to mitigate insulin resistance. That’s really all you have to worry about. The rest would just be conjecture..

Where can I get GDA? Also, would I have to take MK677 for months to see actual results?
 
Lots of good GDAs my man.. Controlled Labs- Blue Sugar (the latest entry), Olympus Labs- Assassinate (GDA and stim free fat burner), Blackstone Labs- Glycolog, Evomuse- Slintensity..
