Mk677 suggestions

Just getting started with mk and looking for some ideas from those who have used it. I've taken a few 12.5 mg doses to see how I react and noticed I got super hungry and tired. I assume it's better to take it at night before bed, but I'm wondering if I should start at a smaller dose and work up to see if the sides dissipate. For those that have used it, what are your experiences with dosages, sides and time of day?
 
12.5 is my sweet spot and yes I take it at night. A lot of companies sell in 25mg caps but for me it's just too much. I would feel hypo all day regardless of when I dosed it.

It's gonna vary from person to person, the answer I might give you now maybe different than an answer I would have gave you a year ago or even 6 months ago. I have a very concrete way that I feel about the stuff but it seems like so many people report differently about it that it's hard for me to justify my own feelings about it. So I know what it does for me I know what it does for most of the people that I know personally and talk to you on a regular basis but there's just so many other people on here that react differently. And while I'd like to say that my answer is better because I have blood work to back it up they also have blood work that backs some of there's up and it's different so it's a tough call.

Either way I don't think you can go wrong with taking 12.5 mg at night before bed as a starting point. And while you don't need to do a 5-day on 2 day off protocol, for a two week on one week off and repeat protocol. It seems like all the different ways of using it work just some of them allow you to get similar results and more bang for your buck by making the product last longer. I do greatly prefer malabs somatozine product over straight mk677, like if Mike gave me the option and said hey you can have either the straight mk677 from ma research chem or I'll give you a bottle of somatozine I would pick somatozine every time. I'm obviously using those as the comparisons because I'm a rep for that company and I can get the products very easily so I don't go elsewhere. Even if you don't choose to pick somatozine, I recommend you at least take a look at the website and read the ingredients and add some of those things to your MK. I also like adding huperzine a and metformin or berberine
 
I personally preferred it as an evening dose. Morning and/or before a workout was no bueno.

12.5 mg before bed. "Positive" water retention IME which means muscles more full, not bloated.

I prefer a combo of GHRH/GHRP but will try the peptide + MK in the future.
 
Been a while but 12.5 was max for me. Definitely had facial bloating which I didn’t like. Everyone is different though

That's what I'm going to run for now. 12.5 at bed time and see how things go. Just started pct today too so hoping the mk will be a good bridge between cycles
