mk677 for sleep

just a general question here, what kind of time frame before bed should i take it for sleep improvements? i like the idea of the MA mk677, but i do not do well with melatonin.

most ppl get improved sleep but some don't, some need to take it before bed to get the sleep benefits and some can take it any time. I usually take it pre workout most of the time but if sleep is the goal I'd probably stick to night time dosing, between your last meal and bedtime.

So if you eat your last meal at 7pm and you go to bed at 10 take it around 8 or 9. I don't believe it needs to be some perfect timing thing. It's half life is 24 hours so that means a single dose is in yiur system for a few days. It doesn't even need to be taken daily
