Is there anything you do to get rid of this while it’s there or do you usually just wait til it goes?

My feet are chubby today.
 
I haven’t noticed this sorta thing with mk677. At most, my ring fits a tad tighter but even going up or down on carb intake can cause that for me.

This stuff seems waaaaay more potent than the last brand I tried. I was going to use 25mg but I’m so swollen from 12.5mg before bed that I haven’t raised the dose. My feet barely fit my shoes.
 
I’m thinking about checking my BG already.

What I think it is, is mk677 raises cortisol, which has to be converted from aldosterone. M1A, which I’m on my final 24hrs of, blocks the conversion of aldosterone into cortisol.

Aldosterone causes edema.
 
Feet looking pretty fat. Just a sock cuts into the ankle about an inch and it looks pretty comical when it comes off...

From the other logs I have read, it will go down at weeks 3 to 6. You can add potassium now to aid in water release; also something I read.
 
So, yeah. Can’t fit into any of my pants or shoes. Looks like I’m missing work until this goes away. Cool.

Wow....thats some bloating especially on 12.5mg. I take 3 x berbarine and banana leaf extract tablets before meals and drink 3 - 4 gallons of water a day...no issues thus far on 10mg. Hope it gets sorted asap as must be pretty uncomfortable for you.

Yeah I was expecting some minor water retention, not pregnancy feet.
 
I took the stuff for over a year and never got swollen feet but biochemistry is a tricky mistress.
 
That’s why I’m super skeptical about using mk677 from lethargy to feeling bloated and fat , I read that dude in mk677 long thread say take baby aspirin supposedly mk677 have effect on kidney causing it to retain water

Strange. I've had the opposite effects, felt energised and no water retention. BG only went up a tiny fraction too but then again am only on 10mg.

I was running 25 mg back when it was first launched by Olympus labs sleep was great like wow
 
I would maybe have expected to be as bloated if I had pinned 10iu of GH all at once...

Yeah, because I stopped the mk677. Will restart in a few days when the oral I was on has cleared my system more reasonably. That should fix the issue. If not, I’ve been getting underdosed mk677 til now.

Cool. Glad theres improvement, hopefully wont return.
 
I started MK677 on Thursday. 20mg a day, and no water bloat for me. Interesting how some people get negative sides, and some don't.

Before I used a few different brands, Platinum Nutraceuticals, Aggressive Labz, and a couple RC brands I won’t name at the moment.

This is homebrewed by a friend of a friend. Seems like straight fire.

Same brand as all the rest of my gear at the moment.

Yeah you've probably been taking under dosed products haha, I have just started raw Mk677 and their "10mg" feels like other brands ive used "30-40mgs" haha
 
just so you know... i too experience this with MK and its so bad i have to seriously consider if its worth it. It causes directed edema in me once it goes so long. It can be dangerous. I have tried everything but diuretics. Obviously you would want a potasium sparing one... I have tried it all and nothing will get rid of it except quitting. sorry bro. we in the same boat here. it will just get worse.. OH and if you let it get to the point its directed edema, it will burst tiny blood vessels in your ankles leaving you with some weird ass discoloration .. not cool

keep your dose lower. it will take longer to catch up.. but for me even at 10, i get it.
