mk677 and water retention

i have read a lot about mk677 and the vast majority of people get mild to extreme water retention during their time on it. this doesnt bother me, but doe anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of this extra water weight during my pct?

Drink more water. Reduce sodium intake. Do some cardio to break some good sweats.
 
well i drink about a gallon a day, minimize my sodium intake and run for about 45 mins a day with a lifting session in the afternoon. i hope this will be good enough. i was actually looking at if this is not enough, what supps will help with the water retention most people have seen?

I would up that water intake to 1.5-2 gal / day.

But most AI's will work to reduce water retention. Arimistane being the most mild of them. And if you are not using any hormones that convert to estrogen, it is the only one I would recommend using.
 
Yea I experienced water retention when I upped the doses, got pretty bloated
 
Well, after 6 days on OL UK Ghar1ne MK-677 at only 10mg/day dosed at bedtime, I'm up at least 5lbs of water and my wedding ring no longer fits. Holy crap. I guess that means it's working, at least.

Going to try increasing water intake and getting more potassium. Hopefully that will be enough, but if it's not I might try adding some arimistane.

Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl) 25 mg

Potassium (from Potassium Chloride) 99 mg

Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl), Potassium (from Potassium Chloride), Uva Ursi Extract (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) (Leaf) (Standardized to min. 20% Arbutin), Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) (Leaf), Goldenrod (Solidago odora) (Herb), Juniper (Juniperus communis) (Berries), Buchu (Agathosma betulina) (Leaf), Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) (Thallus), Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Rice Flour, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Might be a nice mild solution if it works at all.
