Drink more water. Reduce sodium intake. Do some cardio to break some good sweats.i have read a lot about mk677 and the vast majority of people get mild to extreme water retention during their time on it. this doesnt bother me, but doe anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of this extra water weight during my pct?
I would up that water intake to 1.5-2 gal / day.well i drink about a gallon a day, minimize my sodium intake and run for about 45 mins a day with a lifting session in the afternoon. i hope this will be good enough. i was actually looking at if this is not enough, what supps will help with the water retention most people have seen?
