So I recently been out of the gym for around 2 months and have lost a lot of gains from my injuries but I’m getting the wheel moving again. I got ahold of MK677 and Rad 140 to cycle on and after reading multiple articles on the best way to take it, I’ve found myself conflicted with multiple plans.
What would be the best way to take such a fine cycle? And best way to cycle off?
